I really hope management reaches out to me because this is unacceptable. How can a business promise to sanitize after every use to protect their customers, but not actually do it? How is this safe? Why was nothing said to the guy who took our club? When I asked to switch a sanitized bay we were told we could only use the first bay we complained about. No one cared that this guy said him and his friends do this ALL the time. No one said anything to the guest who wasn't wearing a mask. The guy did not have a mask on and when I brought up my frustration to management I was given an apology, but no one sanitized that bay. Although the employee said something nothing else was done. When I was a moved another guest walked into our new bay and took one of our clubs. I brought my sister for her very first time and I was given a bay that was not ideal and I asked politely to be changed to another bay.
